The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Job Overview: The Quality Manager is an RN who will oversee the Behavioral Health programming at TRMC, including Behavioral Health improvement programs spanning both the inpatient and outpatient settings. These programs are framed according to ACS quality standards, amongst other governing bodies. This individual works in close collaboration with the Behavioral Health leadership teams, and under the direction of the Vice President. The Manager will work in tandem with key stakeholders to provide quality review of all cases and to identify opportunities for improvement.
