    Role summary:
    The (USA) Manager, Quality Assurance oversees the development and execution of quality assurance programs to ensure consistent customer service delivery and operational excellence. This role involves analyzing quality data, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective process enhancements. The manager leads quality audits, provides actionable feedback, and supports Product Development with expertise in upfront quality designs. Upholding company policies and ethical standards, this position drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance while fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.

By utilizing data and industry best practices, they align processes with business needs and support ongoing development to uphold excellence in manufacturing and product integrity.
    What you'll do:
    • Manage quality assurance processes by focusing on upfront quality during development, conducting audits, analyzing KPI data, and delivering actionable feedback to improve products for the customers.
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate quality programs and process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs, update documentation, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
    • Foster accountability to achieve quality objectives.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership, supporting continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.

    What you'll bring:
    • Proven experience managing quality assurance programs and conducting quality audits to enhance customer service delivery.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate teams toward continuous improvement.
    • Expertise in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends in quality, training needs, and process improvement opportunities.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and report findings.
    • Ability to implement and evaluate quality assurance processes aligned with industry best practices.

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
