Position Purpose: Lead a team responsible for end-to-end Medicare, Duals, and Marketplace audit activities, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and corrective action monitoring. Manage monthly executive reporting, communicate audit results and trends to stakeholders, oversee resource allocation and team development, and drive process improvements that enhance quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Education/Experience: Bachelor''s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of public accounting, internal audit, or related operational experience. Knowledge of Microstrategy, ACL, Compliance 360, Microsoft Applications (including Excel and Access), Tableau, and claims payment systems preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: CPA, CIA, CISA preferred.
Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
