Description

Title : Project Manager Utility Regulatory Programs (GRC/Asset Management)
Client Title: Manager-Project/Product III
Location: Hybrid at Pomona, CA 91768 (Onsite Wed & Thurs)
Hours : 40 Hours per week
Contract Duration: 1 year (07/24/2026 to 07/23/2027)
Pay Rate: $70-$83/hr on W2


Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
  • Leads the development and management of integrated schedules supporting General Rate Case (GRC) asset management programs.
  • Coordinates activities across Regulatory Affairs, Risk Modeling, Finance, Strategy, and program teams to track milestones, monitor status, drive accountability, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues , removes barriers, and ensures timely execution of deliverables to support regulatory filings, investment planning, and strategic objectives.

  • Demonstrated project management skills , including schedule development and maintenance, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue and risk management, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and support cross-functional teams in achieving critical deliverables and deadlines.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5

Desired Skills/Attributes
  • E xperience within the electric utility industry, particularly supporting asset management, capital planning, or regulatory programs.
  • Demonstrated success project managing complex, cross-functional initiatives , including the development and delivery of strategic investment plans, regulatory filings (e.g ., GRC, RAMP, WMP), or other executive- and regulator-facing documentation.
  • Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and build alignment across regulatory, finance, risk, strategy, and operational organizations.
  • Bachelors and PMP certification desired if possible.
