Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM's globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are looking for a Manager, Project Management to join our team in Valley Green, PA.
The Manager, Project Management is responsible for leading the Project Management function, overseeing a portfolio of complex new product development projects, sustaining engineering projects, and ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery across global teams. This position provides both strategic and technical leadership, supervises project managers, partners closely with internal customers, and ensures alignment with company financial goals, operational readiness, and market expectations. The Manager serves as the primary escalation point for project issues, drives continuous improvement in project workflows, and ensures discipline, consistency, and excellence across all project execution activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required; 4+ years of project management experience within the connector or related industry preferred.
Supervisory or team-leadership experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical product drawings and engineering documentation.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to write reports, present information, and interact with all levels of management and customers.
Proven ability to lead customer communication and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in root-cause analysis.
