Description

A client with Kforce is seeking a Manager of Productivity Platforms. This role is 5 days a week onsite in Orlando, FL. Summary: This person leads the execution and day-to-day operation of the university's productivity, communication, voice, and customer engagement platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Teams Phone, enterprise voice, and contact center services. The position manages technical staff, maintains service health, executes approved roadmaps and priorities, coordinates customer and vendor activities, implements approved requirements, and escalates strategic, funding, policy, and cross-portfolio decisions to the Director. Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop technical staff responsible for productivity, voice, and customer engagement platforms
  • Recruit, interview, select, onboard, supervise, and evaluate employees in accordance with university practices
  • Assign and prioritize teamwork based on approved priorities, customer impact, service risk, project commitments, technical dependencies, and staff capacity
  • Set expectations for technical quality, documentation, customer communication, change management, service delivery, and project execution
  • Conduct performance discussions and development planning; develop training and professional development plans and recommend associated budget needs
  • Establish cross-training, knowledge-transfer, and succession practices that reduce single points of failure
  • Ensure appropriate operational coverage and escalation support; Address workload, skill, performance, and resource concerns and escalate broader staffing needs to the Director
  • Operate assigned platforms consistently with approved university policies, governance decisions, security requirements, accessibility expectations, records requirements, and other applicable obligations

Requirements:

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
