Manager, Procurement, Multicampus

JOB SUMMARY:

The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, service, supplier performance, and operational efficiency across the organization. This position provides strategic leadership for sourcing, contracting, supplier management, purchasing, and spend optimization while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives. The Procurement Manager will lead complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value contracts and supplier agreements, manage key supplier relationships, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve value. The role partners closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Clinical/Business leaders, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure effective procurement practices and continuity of supply. This position will also support procurement standardization, data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and the development of procurement policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Five years of total professional experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management with at least 2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, contract compliance, and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
