What we are looking for: The Large Format Manager Pre-Press Digital Print oversees end-to-end wide-format production and directly directs prepress department operations. This structural role includes managing daily production scheduling, supervising press technicians, performing exact color calibrations, and maintaining digital front-end RIP software and hardware systems. Beyond daily operational oversight, this leader is highly involved with driving technology innovation—actively researching, identifying, and implementing cutting-edge workflow automation, modern hardware upgrades, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate seamlessly blends technical mastery of large-format hardware and prepress workflows with strong team leadership and a forward-thinking mindset.
