We bring together healthcare providers, health plans, state agencies, employers, academic institutions, and community organizations to strengthen primary care, improve healthcare access, advance integrated behavioral health, support workforce development, and drive healthcare transformation across the state.Position SummaryCTC-RI is seeking a Manager, Policy & Strategy to help shape the future of primary care and healthcare transformation in Rhode Island.This role serves as a strategic partner to organizational leadership and is responsible for healthcare trend analysis, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and development of new initiatives. The position works closely with healthcare leaders, policymakers, providers, payers, and community partners to identify opportunities, analyze emerging issues, and support statewide healthcare transformation efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor healthcare trends, policy developments, and transformation initiativesConduct healthcare system analysis and strategic assessmentsDevelop reports, presentations, briefing materials, and recommendationsSupport organizational strategic planning activitiesFacilitate stakeholder groups, committees, and workgroupsSupport development of grants, concept papers, and new initiativesRepresent CTC-RI in statewide meetings and collaborative effortsBuild relationships with healthcare providers, health plans, state agencies, and community organizationsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degreeFive years of experience in healthcare strategy, healthcare policy, public health, healthcare administration, or related fieldsStrong writing, communication, and analytical skillsExperience facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagement activitiesPreferred:Master's degreeExperience working in healthcare transformation, value-based care, workforce development, or healthcare policyExperience with healthcare data, performance measurement, or strategic planningWhy Join CTC-RI?This is an opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare in Rhode Island while working alongside healthcare leaders and policymakers committed to improving primary care and health outcomes statewide.  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
