    Overview:

    Overview

    Supports the Executive Team in the management of projects and assigned areas. Is innovative in the identification and development of new clinical programs. Responsible for the management of assigned departments. Maintains processes, and coordinates all licensure (JC, CMS, State, etc.) and patient safety activities. Will assume other duties as assigned.

    Bachelor degree preferred. 4 years clinical operations experience in lieu of degree required. MBA or MHA preferred. 3 years management experience in a hospital-based clinical setting required. Consideration given to Administrative Residency experience and internal interim leadership.

    This role will support several highly visible strategic and operational initiatives and will interact frequently with physician leaders and senior executives. We're looking for someone who is:

    • Highly polished with strong executive presence
    • Exceptional in PowerPoint and able to create executive-level presentations and visual stories from complex information
    • A strong writer who can draft polished communications, agendas, summaries, and briefing materials with minimal editing
    • Highly organized with strong project management skills and follow-through
    • Comfortable analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs and translating insights into recommendations
    • Able to work independently, manage ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities
    • Strong at building relationships and navigating across diverse stakeholder groups
    • Strategic in their thinking, not just task-oriented

     

    Healthcare operations experience is important, but communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations will be critical to success in this role.

    Education

    • MBA or MHA preferred
    • 4 years clinical operations experience accepted in lieu of degree
    • HS diploma required

    • 3 years management experience in a hospital-based clinical setting required.

    We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $90,708.80 - $140,379.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
