Description: Our client is currently seeking a Manager Operations Servicenow Platform
Manager, Operations – ServiceNow Platform
- Define and execute the ServiceNow platform roadmap aligned with IT and business strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks, including development standards, change management, and release processes.
- Manage the demand pipeline, balancing innovation, stability, and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure platform supports enterprise service delivery objectives.
- Lead and mentor ServiceNow administrators, developers, and analysts.
- Oversee daily platform operations, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate across onshore/offshore teams, managed service providers, and vendor partners.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Manage configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC).
- Ensure CMDB accuracy, data integrity, and platform security.
- Drive automation, self-service, and workflow enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Communicate platform capabilities, new releases, and value realization to executives.
- Act as primary liaison with ServiceNow partners and account teams.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and audit standards.
- Maintain access control, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with InfoSec and audit teams to mitigate risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in platform management or leadership.
- Proven expertise in ITSM and at least one of ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex implementations.
- Background working with offshore or managed service teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or related areas.
- ITIL v4 Foundation or Intermediate certification.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or similar project management credential.
