Description

Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Manager - Operations – II for their Remote (Open to local candidates in the Bay Area) location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support leadership development programs for US Commercial employees, including virtual and in-person learning experiences, sustainment activities, cohort communications, and learner engagement touchpoints.
  • Assist with the development and execution of training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal, to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, action items, status updates, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, follow-up communications, and summary reports.
  • Track attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program data to assess program impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate training calls, planning meetings, and/or workshops as needed.
 
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applications including Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools used to develop instructional content and track classes, calendars, rosters, metrics, and project timelines.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of tasks and issues with tact, collaboration, persistence, and sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and internal customers across a global company.
  • Strong visual, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong facilitation, decision-making, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Minimum Experience:
  • BS or BA Degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
  • Experience supporting Commercial, field-based, or leadership development programs.
  • Experience coordinating virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Experience managing vendors, agency partners, or external project contributors.
  • Familiarity with learning metrics, dashboards, learner feedback, or completion reporting.
