This role supports Regional Directors in coaching and developing District Managers, reviewing performance metrics, and closing performance gaps.
It leads operations programs, ensures compliance, implements new initiatives, and supports store integrations.
The position involves reviewing audits, shrink results, and store performance, as well as managing supplies, waste, and store P&Ls.
It requires regular store visits (3 days/week) and effective communication skills.
Core competencies include leadership, teamwork, self-motivation, coaching, training, and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of retail leadership, management experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to travel.
Bilingual skills are essential in Eastern Canada.
