What you'll do...

Role summary:The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop innovative solutions, and improve operational efficiency. By driving process improvements and leveraging key performance indicators, the Manager supports business growth while maintaining compliance with company standards. About the team:The Assortment Strategy & Acceleration team drives the expansion of Walmart Business’ B2B assortment by identifying high-demand gaps and partnering with suppliers to acquire and configure new products. This team collaborates cross-functionally with merchants, product, pricing, operations, and sales to streamline processes and accelerate assortment launches. Focused on operational excellence, the team manages project timelines, improves business efficiency, and supports business objectives through data-driven decision-making. Members contribute to developing innovative solutions that enhance purchasing capabilities and deliver competitive pricing, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s goals and customer needs. What you'll do: ·       Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings. ·       Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and meet key performance indicators. ·       Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives. ·       Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies that support operational excellence and resource allocation. ·       Oversee project delivery, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes. ·       Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support initiatives and drive execution. ·       Provide leadership and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and performance.
