You'll work closely with clients, producers, technical staff, freelancers, and executive leadership to ensure every project is delivered with excellence while supporting growth, profitability, and innovation. What You'll DoLead High-Performing TeamsDevelop and inspire a team of producers, production assistants, technical crew members, and freelance professionals. Drive Production ExcellenceOwn the operational success of field, studio, and remote productions. Ensure the right people, equipment, facilities, and resources are aligned to meet project objectives while maintaining quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Guide Client Success.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the production process. Help shape production approaches, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies while ensuring an exceptional client experience from concept to delivery. Build Better OperationsContinuously improve workflows, resource utilization, scheduling processes, and production standards. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, quality, and profitability across the department. Own Business PerformanceManage department budgets, forecasting, utilization, pricing strategy, estimating accuracy, and profitability. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements that support sustainable growth and financial success.
