    Job Summary

    The Manager of Training & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise‑wide learning and development programs that strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with HR leadership, operations leaders, clinical leadership, and executives to identify training needs, develop learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning across all Cantex companies.

    CANTEX INC. is a national manufacturer of nonmetallic electrical conduit, fittings, accessories, utility and communications duct and residential switch and outlet boxes.
