Schedule: Full‑time role with standard business hours

Job Summary
The Manager of Training & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise‑wide learning and development programs that strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with HR leadership, operations leaders, clinical leadership, and executives to identify training needs, develop learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning across all Cantex companies.

CANTEX INC. is a national manufacturer of nonmetallic electrical conduit, fittings, accessories, utility and communications duct and residential switch and outlet boxes. Our eight (8) manufacturing facilities and three (3) distribution centers are strategically located to provide fast efficient delivery for our distributors.
CANTEX PVC Products had its beginning over 40 years ago as a division of a national corporation in the utility and building construction industry. The Plastics Division grew steadily in size and importance. Its product lines expanded into several major categories before focusing the company strictly into the electrical and communications markets in 1999.
