The Manager of Training and Learning Solutions will define and develop learning strategies for ASSA ABLOY EMS products, applying creativity and instructional design principles to produce programs that meet the needs of diverse, professional users across a variety of modalities and media.
This individual will grow the organization's ability to capture and share knowledge, deploying F2F and digital learning to optimize customer engagement. The role requires the ability to imagine innovative solutions, engage subject matter experts and learners, manage in-field trainers, and deliver engaging tools that increase our brands' impact in the marketplace.

A bachelor's or master's degree in communications, education, training and development, organizational development or related field, or equivalent work experience.
