Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Total Rewards to join a well-established healthcare organization in beautiful Central Vermont!

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong compensation and benefits experience to take on a leadership role overseeing employee compensation programs, benefits administration, and retirement plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both compensation and benefits, experience managing a team, and a passion for developing competitive programs that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's compensation and employee benefits programs.

• Develop and maintain competitive salary structures, compensation policies, and market-based pay practices.

• Conduct salary surveys, market analyses, job evaluations, and internal pay equity reviews.

• Oversee health insurance, wellness benefits, and employee retirement programs, including 403(b) and 457 plans.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.

• Partner with HR leadership, finance, and payroll to support compensation planning and benefits administration.

• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters for unionized and non-unionized employees.

• Manage and develop Total Rewards staff.

• Utilize HRIS systems, including Workday, to support reporting and program administration.
