    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Manager of Quality Integration supports Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center's mission by coordinating, facilitating, and implementing quality improvement initiatives that improve patient outcomes, operational effectiveness, and the patient and staff experience. Working collaboratively across departments, this position partners with frontline staff, providers, and organizational leaders to identify improvement opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, and integrate best practices into daily operations.

    The Manager of Quality Integration serves as ANHC's subject matter expert for quality data, performance measurement, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) requirements, and Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting. This position utilizes data analytics, quality improvement methodologies, and performance monitoring tools to support organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Manager of Quality Integration emphasizes engaging those closest to the work in identifying barriers, testing solutions, and sustaining improvements over time.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and facilitate organizational quality improvement initiatives utilizing established improvement methodologies, including Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles, workflow mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.

    • Partner with frontline staff, providers, and leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions that enhance patient care, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance.

    • Facilitate multidisciplinary workgroups, committees, and project teams focused on quality improvement, patient experience, health outcomes, patient safety, operational efficiency, and health equity.

    • Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of quality improvement plans, performance measures, and organizational priorities.

    • Serve as ANHC's subject matter expert for quality reporting, quality measures, clinical performance indicators, and quality analytics.

    • Coordinate activities necessary to support compliance grants and accreditation including NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Uniform Data System (UDS) data and other required quality and regulatory reports.

    Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of reports, dashboards, and performance measures.

    • Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards, scorecards, reports, and other tools that support organizational decision-making and performance monitoring.

    • Translate complex data, quality measures, and regulatory requirements into meaningful and actionable information for staff, leadership, committees, and the Board of Directors.

    • Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance, information technology, and leadership teams to support data-driven improvement efforts and reporting accuracy.

    • Provide education, coaching, and technical assistance related to quality improvement methods, quality measures, population health strategies, and performance reporting.

    • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses for leadership, committees, Board meetings, grant reporting, and regulatory purposes.

    • Support organizational efforts to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, accountability, collaboration, and shared learning.

    SUPPORTING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supports preparation for audits, accreditation reviews, Operational Site Visits (OSVs), and other regulatory assessments through data validation, documentation review, and evidence collection activities.

    • Assists with maintenance of quality management documentation, performance tracking tools, reporting calendars, and committee records.

    • Participates in organizational committees, workgroups, and special projects related to quality improvement, patient safety, population health, compliance, and operational excellence.

    • Assists with monitoring grant, quality program, and value-based care performance requirements as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Work Experience: Experience with policy development, compliance monitoring, audit support, healthcare data, and/or quality improvement. Experience in a healthcare or FQHC environment preferred.

    Education, Certification and Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    Additional Skills & Knowledge: Ability to apply analytical and technical problem solving skills to resolve data, reporting, and documentation issues. Must have a combination of technical and personal skills to be successful.

    Work is performed in a healthcare clinic and office setting. ANHC is a tobacco-free campus.
