Description
POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Manager of Nursing helps promote the overall physical and mental health of clients. This role utilizes the Trauma-Informed Care approach to promote healing in a safe, stigma-free environment with compassion for all people. This position provides leadership and operational guidance for all staff within the Crisis Recovery Center and other programs within the agency as assigned. This position manages in accordance with the organization's Strategic Plan, policies, procedures and standards from accrediting, licensing, and payor organizations. The position
has general responsibility for development of service delivery systems that meet the needs of consumers, customers, constituents, and the community.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
To perform the essential functions of this job, after an orientation period, the employee must possess the following: a working knowledge of Riveon Policy and Procedures, including sensitivity and adherence to clients' rights, confidentiality, and health and safety issues. Must exhibit sensitivity to different cultures.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The work is provided in an office setting or other program areas as required must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Due to the extensive computer work this individual must be able to sit for extended periods of time and operate required equipment.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Must be licensed in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse. A BSN degree or higher is preferred. Experience working with severely mentally disabled persons preferred. Prior supervisory and leadership experience is preferred. Computer skills including familiarity with Windows and Word applications required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. The
necessity for travel in this job requires that the employee possess a valid Ohio driver's license, have proof of adequate personal automobile insurance, and use of a personal vehicle. Favorable references and/or evaluations are required. Candidates with educational backgrounds and training in trauma-informed and/or trauma-specific services, a plus.
Salary Description
$75,000+ based on experience
