THE POSITION In this position, you will develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to achieve Grace Ridge sales goals. Oversees lead generation, prospect follow-up, property tours, events, move-ins, and sales activities. Partners with BRHC Marketing to develop promotional materials and expand outreach through community, regional, and national events.Provides sales activity reports, trains and supports marketing staff.
