Primary Purpose of this Job

The Manager of Sales positions will manage the day to day functions of Inside Sales and Sales Support

to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)

• Attract, hire and train new employees. Lead Inside Sales and Sales Administration

by communicating and managing expectations and job results. Coach employees

while implementing systems, policies and procedures

• Facilitate the processes of all sales-related tasks, complete and approve administrative

paperwork, and maintain a sales database. Modify workflow processes to increase

productivity, as needed

• Develop interpersonal working relationships as a liaison among customers, commercial

managers, and other departments to align goals, solve problems and ensure customer

satisfaction

• Develop and maintain marketing reports/data to support the commercial department
• Responsible for budget preparation; monitor costs and analyze variances. Review and

approve invoices for daily expenditures
