Community Solutions Inc is seeking a Manager of Information Technology Operations to lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of CSI's technology environment. This position oversees IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity coordination, enterprise systems, technology projects, vendor relationships, asset management, and budgeting to ensure secure, reliable, and effective technology services across the organization.
Working closely with leadership and external technology partners, the Manager of IT Operations aligns technology investments and services with organizational goals, operational needs, compliance requirements, and user experience, based in our Corporate Office in Windsor, CT.

CSI understands clients and staff have been impacted by trauma. CSI is becoming a trauma-informed organization by hiring individuals with existing experience in trauma-informed practices as well as supporting ongoing staff development with trauma-informed practices. This will include learning to recognize symptoms of trauma and how to respond, through training starting at orientation and throughout their career at CSI.
CSI is committed to systematically evaluating the integration of the trauma-informed values of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment at all levels of the organization's policies, procedures, and structures to guard against the possibility of re-traumatization.
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 per year
Schedule: 40 Hours / week
This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems or a related field. Experience can be substituted for a degree
3+ years' experience in technical or software development project management, with direct responsibility for managing one or more projects.
2+ years of leading projects as a Project Lead or Scrum Master or applying Agile methods.
Certified as a PMP and/or CSM or PSM or PRINCE II.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, ability to express complex ideas with simplicity and brevity; active listener; and strong attention to detail.
Capacity to be adaptable, patient, diplomatic, and flexible, while also having the ability to take charge and drive initiatives through to completion.
A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.
Independent decision-making, problem solving, and planning skills; highly developed project management skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Office 365, Teams, and related licensing.
Experience with project management software tools.
Familiarity using project management tools preferred.
