Rate of Pay:
This is a Full-Time Administrative position at grade 15, with an annual salary range of $63,673 to $68,000. The salary offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

Job Summary:
The Manager of Grant Operations manages and coordinates the Advanced Manufacturing grant administration activities within the Sustainability, Business and Career Technologies division. The position is responsible for grant compliance, budget oversight, reporting, performance tracking, post-award implementation, and strategic project coordination. Working collaboratively with faculty, administrators, and internal college stakeholders, the position supports the successful execution of grant-funded projects and division priorities.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Master's degree and five years of experience in grant administration, project management, higher education administration, or related field
Experience managing federal, state, local, or private grant-funded initiatives
2 years of experience developing and monitoring budgets
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data for decision-making
Knowledge of career and technical education
Demonstrated project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical documentation, comprehensive narrative reports, and deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as experience with database management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (such as Colleague), reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
