Compensation: Up to $180,000 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy, reporting, and performance analysis initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping business decisions through data-driven insights, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning
- Analyze and report on weekly KPIs to track business performance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Reconcile financial data by comparing actuals to budget, prior periods, and historical trends
- Investigate variances and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Develop, enhance, and monitor key business metrics to drive performance
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and support business integration initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, business analysis, or analytics
- Strong background in business intelligence and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting platforms
- Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
