Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Finance Operations to oversee accounting administration, contract review activities, and departmental operations while leading and developing a team of supervisors and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and operational activities
- Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and Staff Assistants
- Oversee workflow, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Review and approve labor agreements, extensions, and related contracts
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve contract and accounting issues
- Analyze operational data and prepare management reports
- Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
- Assist senior leadership with departmental initiatives and special projects
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Proven people management experience is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective teams
- Experience in accounting, finance operations, contract administration, or related fields preferred

- Seattle, WA
- Full-Time | Monday-Friday
- Daytime business hours
- Limited travel may be required
