St. Jude is searching for a Manager of Field Operations in Home Health Care. This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of field-based clinical operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, consistent care delivery, and adherence to organizational standards. This role serves as the operational execution leader, translating clinical priorities into daily practice and ensuring consistent performance across workflows, audits, and care coordination activities.

This position is primarily Monday-Friday, however, some evening, weekend, and Holiday coverage may be required.

Minimum Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• MSN strongly preferred.

Minimum Experience:

• Five years of clinical pediatric experience in pediatrics, home health, or a related field.
• Two years of home health, palliative care or hospice experience preferred.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience required.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by Law:

• Tennessee State Board of Nursing license if primary residence is Tennessee or a Nurse Licensure non-Compact state.
• Must possess a current State Board of Nursing license in the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• If operating a motor vehicle for St. Jude, must have a valid driver's license from the employee's state of residence and a valid personal insurance policy on the vehicle.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by SJCRH Only:

• One of the following certifications is required within two years of hire date:
• Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) from the American Organizational for Nursing Leadership (AONL)
• Nurse Executive Certification (NE-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Association (ANCC)
• Nurse Executive Advanced Certification (NEA-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Association (ANCC)

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $104,000 - $186,160 per year for the role of Manager of Field Operations- Home Health Care.
