Job Summary
The Manager of Employee Relations is responsible for leading the organization's employee relations programs, workplace investigations, HR compliance support, and policy administration. This role serves as a strategic partner to HR leadership, operational leaders, and executives to ensure consistent application of employment laws, company policies, and employee relations best practices across all Cantex business lines.
The position oversees complex employee relations matters, corrective action processes, performance management support, and compliance initiatives. This role also serves as the backup for Leave Management and Accommodation Administration, supporting ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and other leave‑related programs.
