Manager of Clinical Services, Case Management 
 

CompDrug is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services, Case Management.  The successful candidate will supervise, recruit and grow CompDrug’s Case Management services.  The supervisor will collaborate with other members of the Clinical department, the admissions and medical teams to ensure case management services are available to patients in a timely and efficient manner.

As one of the largest opioid treatment providers in the state, CompDrug specializes in treating opioid use disorder through all FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), comprehensive counseling, and wrap-around supports. Our continuum of care includes outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient programming (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), psychiatric services, case management, and peer recovery support.  
 
CompDrug offers a wide range of prevention, intervention, and community-based services for both youth and adults. These include evidence-based prevention programs, harm reduction initiatives, overdose prevention, and targeted outreach through our Community Health team. Our Youth Prevention program focuses on building resilience, leadership, and life skills to reduce the risk of substance use.  
 
CompDrug addresses critical social determinants of health by providing support with basic needs such as transportation, food access, and housing stability, as well as specialized programming for pregnant individuals and families. Our Linkage to Care initiatives connect individuals in high-need communities to treatment and recovery resources, helping reduce barriers and improve long-term outcomes.
