General Description:The Manager of Client Services & Support is responsible for leading the Client Services Associate (CSA) team and overseeing the operational functions that support client service delivery, compliance management, candidate submissions, and workforce onboarding.This position serves as a strategic partner to Client Services Managers, Recruiting, Credentialing, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent execution of client support processes, compliance requirements, and service standards. The Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving team performance, establishing best practices, and ensuring clients receive responsive, accurate, and high-quality support throughout the staffing lifecycle.The Manager of Client Services & Support develops and maintains scalable processes that support business growth, improve fill rates, accelerate assignment starts, ensure compliance adherence, and enhance the overall client experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Client Support team to ensure productivity is operating efficiently and in accordance with the Division's expectationsReview processes with Vice President of Client & Contract Operations regularly and make adjustments as necessaryUtilize TRM reports and dashboards to assist in tracking and maintaining submissions, offers, placements, pending starts, expiring compliance and other key metrics as assignedTrain new members of the Client Support team on all functions of the positionProvide ongoing training, support and resources to new and existing employees across various levels of the organizationEnter field talent, client submissions and compliance documents into Vendor Management SystemsUpdate client tab in Total Relationship Management (TRM) as neededAssist Client Owners as required with review of compliance requirements and updates to TRMProvide administrative support for Buffalo office staff as requested by the Division Vice President of Client Services act as back up to Account Managers as neededDelegate responsibilities to other team members as assigned/requiredAssist in increasing SHC revenue and Full Time Employment (FTE) using a thorough understanding of client owner processesCollaborate as needed with interdepartmental managers to support Client Owners and Management Teams as neededAddress emerging compliance issues with management, develop plans to resolveProvide solutions for high demand facilities as requiredHelp to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamworkOther duties as assigned
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Talents:
Associates Degree and/or 1-2 years' equivalent experience requiredKnowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of compositionMust have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the InternetMust be detail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to work independently and with other team membersAbility to organize and complete work in a timely mannerAbility to multi-taskAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationMust be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computerMust successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
