This position serves as a key leader in managing the financial and personnel functions of the Graduate College, supporting approximately 17 employees, administering a $1.4 million operating budget, and coordinating university-wide programs impacting more than 1,900 graduate assistants and millions of dollars in tuition waivers, awards, and student support funding.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's
Accounting or business administration or a related field
(degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Five years of related and progressive work experience

Expertise in budgeting, accounting, payroll, and HR administration.
Maintains professionalism when handling complaints, disagreements, and complex situations requiring discretion and confidentiality.

Knowledge of higher education policies, financial systems, and student support programs.
