LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Healthcare Billing Manager to oversee billing operations, lead staff, improve revenue cycle performance, and ensure accurate, compliant reimbursement. This position offers a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee claims, payment posting, denials, accounts receivable follow-up, and collections.
- Lead and develop billing staff to support productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
- Monitor key revenue cycle metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements, billing regulations, and privacy standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical billing management.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of claims, reimbursement, denials, collections, and revenue cycle operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year
