UC Davis Medical Center Sacramento CA Manager of Audiology Services Salary or Pay Range 9283.33 - 19150.00 Monthly The Manager of Audiology Services provides strategic clinical and operational leadership for UC Davis Healths Center of Excellence in hearing and balance care. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a highly specialized Audiology program within one of Californias premier academic health systems while partnering closely with Ear Nose and Throat ENT and the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery to advance innovative multidisciplinary care. As a key member of the leadership team the Manager is responsible for the overall direction of Audiology Services including clinical operations workforce development budgeting regulatory compliance quality improvement and strategic planning. This role champions operational excellence expands access to specialized services and drives initiatives that enhance patient outcomes employee engagement and organizational performance. The Manager collaborates with nationally recognized physicians surgeons and interdisciplinary leaders to shape the future of audiologic care through innovation evidence-based practice and continuous improvement. This position also plays an integral role in mentoring clinical leaders advancing specialized programs-including hearing aids cochlear and bone conduction implants vestibular services and pediatric audiology-and supporting the academic research and clinical missions of UC Davis Health.
