In this key leadership role, the Manager of Ancillary Services will provide oversight for Rehab Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, House Coordinators, and a variety of outpatient services, including Infusion, Wound Care, and Foot Care. Job Summary
Lead a broad portfolio of services including Rehabilitation Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Outpatient Services, Imaging, and Laboratory Services.
Drive high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Foster a culture of caregiver engagement, collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence.
Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and quality performance improvement across all areas of responsibility.
Partner with leaders and providers to enhance service delivery, patient experience, and community health outcomes.
