    The Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the 24/7 operations of adolescent psychiatric nursing units. The Nurse Manager fosters a healing environment, promotes best practices, and supports staff growth while ensuring efficient use of resources.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage nursing teams on adolescent psychiatric units, ensuring quality care and positive outcomes.
    • Develop, mentor, and support nursing staff in alignment with professional standards and best practices.
    • Oversee daily operations and resource management to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
    • Implement policies and procedures that optimize clinical operations and patient experience.
    • Maintain collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Facilitate staff engagement, accountability, and professional development.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)

    • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire

    • National Provider BLS American Heart Association Certification upon hire

    • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Masters Degree in Nursing or related field

    • Formal management or administrative coursework/training

    • National Certification in relevant clinical specialty

    • Previous leadership experience in psychiatric or adolescent care
