Cardiac PCU/Cardiovascular PCU Manager
This role will cover 2 units
Shift: Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (can be variable based on needs of the unit)
Experience: 5 years of total RN experience (2 years of PCU or ICU). 3 Years of recent Supervisor experience within an acute care hospital setting; Manager experience preferred.
BSN is required.
Preferred certifications: PCCN, NEBC or CNML
Cardiac PCU
Patient Population: Cardiac and general PCU; includes cardiac drips and post Cath Lab patients
Patient Ratios: 1:4
Number of Beds: 20
Cardiovascular PCU
Patient Population: Cardiac, Stroke, Sepsis (higher acuity PCU and low acuity ICU)
Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:3 based on acuity
Number of Beds: 16 (4 beds allocated for low acuity ICU)
Team members will be cross-trained

Bachelor''s degree.
RN licensed.
You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
