Role Overview The Manager, National Channel Sales drives growth with key National Channel partners, including CDW, Staples "contract" and Office Depot (ODP) "contract" within an assigned geographic territory. This role leads strategic sales execution, expanding hardware placements, protecting genuine supply business, and executing key channel initiatives that strengthen Brother's market position and deepen partner engagement. The Manager, National Channel Sales takes ownership of translating regional strategies into action, collaborating internally and externally to drive field execution, delivering measurable business results. Duties & Responsibilities Account Management & Growth Develop and manage strong relationships with partner sales managers and remote/field managers to drive revenue growth in the assigned region Influence and engage partner account teams to prioritize Brother solutions and drive joint sales calls that expand visibility and generate qualified end-customers opportunities Collaborate with the Major Account team on account mapping and customer engagement strategies to uncover new business and strengthen existing business relationships Expand hardware placements and protect genuine supply business through consistent partner engagement and targeted follow-up Coordinate with Partner Experience team to activate campaigns, promotions and incentives that drive partner engagement with measurable results Maintain visibility into partner sales performance to proactively address risks and opportunities to ensure sustained growth Partner Engagement & Sales Enablement Execute partner business plans developed through strategic account planning, activating sales campaigns and enablement activities that deliver measurable business impact Equip partner sales teams with tools, messaging and competitive positioning to confidently represent Brother solutions and expand customer reach Strengthen field engagement through regular trainings, account mapping, territory reviews and collaborative planning sessions that maintain focus on shared priorities Reporting, Forecasting and Administration Maintain accurate sales forecasts and visibility into shipment, inventory, and quote activity by collaborating with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and sales alignment Proactively manage special pricing, VPP requests, and open quote reports to ensure timely approvals, and enable channel partners to win competitive opportunities Monitor sales dashboards, POS reports and partner performance data to inform account planning discussions Maintain CRM and reporting tools with accurate and current account activities, provide a monthly report on key account results to ensure visibility across teams Experience & Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field Experience Minimum 7 years: Sales experience in a client-facing role, driving business through channel partner accounts in a defined region Software/Technical Skills Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Ability to maintain positive client relationships Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and consistent follow through Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal & written) Ability to diagnose customer issues & problem-solve for solutions Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams Additional Details for This Role This role is a remote field-based role. A fixed office schedule is not an expectation of the position. #LI-Remote The defined sales territory for this role is Southwest . Travel is expected throughout the territory up to 60% of the time, or an average of 8-10trips per quarter, dependent on business need. Base Salary The targeted base salary range for this position is $ 75,000.00- $ 95,000.00 per year. Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data. Additional Compensation This position is eligible for a $ 15,000.00 sales bonus in annual total at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on individual performance and in alignment with company sales and bonus plans. This position is also eligible for a 6.86% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans. Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect. This position is also eligible for an auto allowance paid monthly in the first pay period of each month. This auto allowance may be used in the employee's sole discretion but is intended toward maintenance of the employee's own vehicle they'll be using for business commuting. This is independent and in addition to the company's Travel & Entertainment policy, which covers mileage reimbursement and additional business travel expenses. About Where We Work Brother's corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard.
