    The Manager, Merchandise Sourcing leads SSP and merchandising systems support, providing oversight of support processes, issue resolution, data management, and system enhancements. This role partners closely with Merchandising, Sourcing, IT, and business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and support continued growth and adoption of merchandising systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provides a dedicated resource to lead SSP and merchandising systems support model.
    • Improves day-to-day execution across SSP support, data conversions, issue resolution, and workload prioritization.
    • Establishes stronger accountability, governance, and oversight for SSP support processes and system enhancements.
    • Serves as a key liaison between merchandising, sourcing, IT, and business stakeholders to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
    • Positions the organization to operate more proactively and consistently as SSP adoption, business complexity, and support demands continue to grow.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    • 5+ years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, retail operations, business systems support, project management, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver business results.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Experience supporting business applications, system implementations, process improvements, or operational workflows.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
