Manager, Medicaid Plan Marketing Kansas

Location: Kansas; Overland Park

This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Manager, Medicaid Plan Marketing Kansas is responsible for coordinating and directing the efforts of the Medicaid marketing initiatives. Develops objectives, policies, and programs for marketing activity related membership growth, retention, acquisitions, and business initiatives.

How you will make an impact:
  • Develops short and long term growth, marketing and retention strategies and objectives.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of the business if Initiative to assure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Researches and evaluates competitive activity.
  • Develops and implements of an effective tracking mechanism for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities and productivity.
