Job Title: Marketing Manager (Retail)

Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay: $55–$60/hr

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead global retail messaging & creative toolkit development (Snapdragon)
• Manage cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time retail execution
• Drive innovation in retail creative and point-of-sale marketing
• Support global regionalization and consistency across markets
• Measure and report performance of retail programs

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in retail marketing / consumer channel
• Expertise in creative development, merchandising, and POS execution
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
• Ability to deliver global campaigns with regional adaptation
• Strong analytical skills for performance tracking & optimization

Nice to Have:

• Experience with global brands / tech products
• Familiarity with retail fixtures and sales enablement tools
