Position Overview
The Marketing Manager, Global Events will lead event strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of Nextpower's global events, trade shows, executive engagements, customer experiences, field marketing activations, and event-based brand programs.
This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for delivering high-impact customer experiences that support company goals and reinforce the Nextpower brand. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, this role partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Finance, Legal, and regional teams, and manages executive stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to execute scalable, measurable event programs worldwide.

You should be comfortable managing a global trade show, preparing an executive briefing, coordinating agency partners, reviewing booth renderings, building a customer meeting plan, checking brand details, and helping Sales and Marketing show up ready. You bring structure without creating friction. You care about the customer experience, the details, the data, and the outcome. You know that successful events are not just well-produced. They are purposeful, measurable, technically credible, and built around the customer.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related considerations. The annual target total cash compensation for this position is $145,000–$160,000, which includes base salary and target commission. Actual compensation may vary based on sales target achievements. This role is also eligible for equity as part of the total compensation package.
