Summary
To support the development, dissemination, and maintenance of Value & Access deliverables for selected key strategic asset/s for Radioligand Therapies. Deliverables: Payer Disease Primer [PDP], Briefing Books [BB], Core Value Prospectus [CVP]), Critical evaluation of health technology assessment [HTA] reports and/or Pricing Analytics, Analogue analysis, Launch sequence optimization, IRP impact analysis, and other activities as directed by International Value and Access team.
About the Role
Key responsibilities: Develop optimal knowledge and experience in V&A / HTA / PMADevelop and maintain the qualitative and/or quantitative deliverables as per the client requirements in accordance with the agreed standard process and timelines, independently for assigned projectsLiaise with clients on project schedule/planning of deliverablesEnsure that the new associates/junior colleagues deliver quality deliverables by providing guidance and performing QC/reviewSupport clients to conduct payer insight generation and ad-hoc activities (e.g. Payer AdBoards / primary market research) as and when requiredDeliver adhoc and cross-functional requests and activitiesSupport the development of additional guidance and training materials (i.e. checklists, QA processes etc.)Contribute to the continual improvement of the assigned deliverables and the guidance templateDevelop long-term, peer-level relationships with key clientsTrain, coach, mentor and ensure functional development of new associates/junior colleagues within V&A teamComply with and support group's project management tool, standards and policiesMaintains records for all assigned projects including archivingMaintains audit, SOP and training complianceEssential Requirements: Attend all mandatory trainingsSupport V&A (especially PMA) deliverables meeting quality and timelines standards (as guided / defined by senior members)Timely delivery of good quality of assigned deliverables and tasksClient satisfaction with quality of services providedDelivery of activities through independent workAbility to operate effectively in a matrix environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersTrain, coach, and mentor new associateSupport the enhancement of existing services / deliverablesDesirable Requirements: IC roleDoesn''t Involve Financial responsibility (budget, cost, sales etc.)Impact on the organization: Essential contribution for improvement of overall effectiveness of the businessEducation (minimum):Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)Languages:Proficiency in 'English' is a pre-requisite; while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantageExperience:Pharmaceutical domain knowledgeMS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point)6-8 years conducting PMA or health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independentlyCommitment to Diversity and Inclusion / EEO paragraph: Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams' representative of the patients and communities we serve.
