    Description

    The Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering will lead the Diffusion/EPI Process team. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of process sustaining engineers and technicians in a dynamic and challenging environment. The chosen candidate will lead and collaborate across many cross-functional groups in order to implement world-class traditional and non-traditional IC (integrated circuit) processes. This position is responsible for sustaining existing Manufacturing processes with additional responsibilities to support Transfers/Process Development.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership to the process engineering team and align site priorities to individual responsibilities
    • Train, motivate, and set expectations for high performance and use of rigorous engineering methodology
    • Manage team performance to achieve quality, delivery and cost metrics
    • Plan, organize and manage resources for cross-functional and multi-disciplined integration projects
    • Create and foster a team culture that focusses on individual growth, shared responsibility and collaboration
    • Collaborate with process management and other cross-functional teams onsite to resolve issues

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or another related field
    • 10+ Years of experience of Epitaxy Semiconductor Process Engineering
    • Demonstrated knowledge of device physics and process integration
    • Demonstrated and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
    • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
    • 5+ Years of managerial experience preferred
