Northrop Grumman''s Mission Systems Manufacturing Organization is seeking a Manager 2, Manufacturing Engineering to join the Operations Engineering Leadership Team.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will become part of Northrop Grumman''s Operations Engineering Leadership Team with functional management responsibilities, focused on producing world class products in the Advanced Interconnects and Multilayer Solutions (AIMS) manufacturing cell. AIMS is committed to the rapid development, manufacture, and delivery of leading-edge discriminating products, utilizing advances in organic materials, technology, and processing to meet or exceed customer expectations.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead a team that fabricates printed wiring boards, manifolds, and backplanes for next generation RF hardware in AIMS

Basic Qualifications for the Manager Manufacturing Engineering 2:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related STEM area and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, management, project management (or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, management, project management with an MS degree)
Experience in development of Electronic Products or Mechanical Assemblies and Manufacturing Processes
A minimum of 3 years of Prior Program, People, Project Management or Leadership experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
US Citizenship

Primary Level Salary Range: $127,100.00 - $190,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate''s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
