• Minimum 10 years experience in Maintenance leadership field.  Minimum Five (5) Years of Experience as a Maintenance Manager in a high speed consumer Product Goods (CPG) Industry. Food Background preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Control systems
• Understanding of building Utilities and ammonia refrigeration system incl Process Safety Management (PSM) program
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding Organization and leadership skills esp in People engagement and development.
• Ability to plan, forecast and manage Departmental budget.
• Lead and Manage Facility Engineering Capital projects.
• Lead Reliability Based Maintenance organization. Ability to take CRL or CRMP certification within first 12-18 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar discipline.
