    WhatYou’llDo for Us:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand businessrequirementsandobjectives.

    • Translate business requirementsby incorporating data and developML and AIalgorithms toproduce actionable insightsfor various functional areas and use-cases, includingMarketing,Finance,TechnicalInnovation andSupply Chain (amongothers) across the Globe.

    • Leverage a diverse set of large structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights and information sets for modeling.

    • Visualizeand interpretdata andcreatereportsand actionable insights.

    • Communicate complex analytical work to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Partner withML OPSto scaleandoperationalize MLandAIuse-cases.

    • Maintain technical documentationin accordance withthe agreed standards.

    • Build andmaintaina robust library of data science solutions, reusable templates,algorithmsand supporting code.

    • Leverage CI and CD principles to automate and improve repeatability of deployments.

    • Keepabreastof industry trends and developments in data science and analytics.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s orMaster’sdegree inaquantitative field, such asData Science,Statistics,Computer Science,Economics, Finance,Mathematicsor other quantitativediscipline.  

    • Experience gathering,interpretingand translating business requirements.

    • 2+ years’ experience withanalytical and programming languages and packages, such as Python, R, and SQL.

    • Able to understand various data structures and common methods in datatransformation.

    • Knowledge and experienceapplying a range of statistical, modeling, and mathematical optimization techniques including hypothesis testing, dimensionality reduction, Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP), supervised learning (classification and regression), Bayesian modeling, forecasting, and unsupervised clustering and putting solutions into production.

    • Strong aptitude for learning and applyingnew technologiesrelated to Data Science and Data Management.

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and results at multiple levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Experience with code version control platforms like GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps.

    Pay Range:

    United States of America: 112,000 USD - 136,000 USD

    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

    Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

    15

    Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
