Leads team operations and professional growth through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations; translates learning-technology strategy into team goals that support academic priorities; ensures accountability and helps define standards and practices that improve service quality and student outcomes.

  2. Sets the multi-year roadmap for the LMS and approved learning tools, aligned with academic goals, accessibility, privacy, and risk posture.

  7. Coordinates disaster recovery and business continuity expectations for learning platforms (Recovery Point Objective and Recovery Time Objective targets, tabletop cadence) and verifies execution by platform administration and maintains external awareness (consortia, vendor roadmaps, peer benchmarks) and brings forward recommendations for timely adoption or risk mitigation.
