Where You'll Work
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role can be based in any of the following locations with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
Office Locations: Toronto, Denver, Raleigh, Holmdel (NJ), Philadelphia, Chicago
Why this Role Matters
As Manager, Legal Knowledge Engineering, you'll lead the development of one or more of Litera's legal tech products. You'll guide a team of Legal Knowledge Engineering Associates, oversee testing outcomes, and help shape how our products extract meaningful insights from legal documents. You'll also experiment with prompting large language models (LLMs) and define rigorous testing standards to ensure our AI solutions are accurate, reliable, and impactful.

What You'll Experience
Pay Transparency for Colorado, New Jersey, & Illinois Applicants
The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
