Manager Learning & Development FT

The Manager of Learning and Development leads the design, delivery, and coordination of learning programs for employees and frontline supervisors. Working with program operations leaders, managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders, the Manager identifies performance and training needs and develops practical learning solutions that support customer service, service quality, employee growth and satisfaction, and financial performance.

Minimum Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, education, training and development, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience as an internal or external learning and development practitioner is also preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Supervisory and leadership development experience are preferred.
• The position requires occasional evening or weekend work to support training schedules.

Certifications and Transportation

• Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites.
• Must hold or obtain CPR/FA and SCIP-R (Instructor Level) certifications.
• Must complete DSP credentialing within one year of hire.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
