What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts by managing hospitality, scheduling, and service standards with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Create a positive and unified workplace culture by supporting team members and pitching in where needed
- Master both front of house and back of house operations through cross-training
- Handle administrative tasks such as facilities inspections, food permit organization, and product rotation
- Work closely with the Owner and General Manager to contribute to the location’s success
